Diana Vishneva: Woman in a Room

The production "Woman in a Room" is part of Diana Vishneva's solo project "On the Edge", alongside the performance "Switch".

"Diana Vishneva: On the Edge" continues the series of authorial projects by the prima ballerina of the Mariinsky Theatre and American Ballet Theatre (ABT), People's Artist of Russia Diana Vishneva.

Inspired by the films of Andrei Tarkovsky and the poetry of Arseny Tarkovsky, Carolyn Carlson created a ballet-parable about a woman alone, turning the pages of her life in an empty room (hence the title – "Woman in a Room").
